Holiday rental

Article 1. The contract

This contract is granted to the tenant for tourism purposes and is seasonal in nature.

Article 2. Duration of stay

This contract is concluded for a fixed term. Under no circumstances does it confer any right to remain on the premises after the stay has ended.

Article 3. Accepted payment methods

  • Online payment by bank card.
  • Bank transfer. Our bank details are given in your booking confirmation. The full amount must be paid into this bank account; transfer fees are borne by the tenant.
  • Bank or postal cheque made payable to BLANC BLANC BLANC (for accounts held in France only).

Please note: you must include your booking reference with your payment.

Article 4. Formation of the contract

The booking becomes effective once the tenant has sent the owner a deposit of 50% of the rental price. The rental agreement concluded between the parties may not, under any circumstances, benefit third parties, whether individuals or legal entities, without the owner's written consent.

Any breach of this last paragraph may result in the immediate termination of the rental due to the tenant's fault, with the rental proceeds remaining the property of the owner.

Article 5. Cancellation by the tenant

Any cancellation must be notified to the owner by registered letter.

  • Cancellation before arrival: if it occurs within the 30 days preceding arrival, the deposit is retained by the owner. The owner may claim the balance of the total rental cost if the cancellation occurs less than 15 days before the scheduled arrival date. If the tenant fails to make contact within 24 hours of the scheduled arrival date specified in the contract, the contract becomes void and the owner is free to re-let the property. The deposit is also retained by the owner, who will claim the balance of the rental amount.
  • If the stay is cut short, the rental fee remains the property of the owner. No refund or reduction in rent will be granted.
