The data we collect

When you fill in our enquiry form, we collect what you enter: your name, email, telephone number, the size of your group, your dates and plans, any message you write, and the campaign details that brought you to the site (for example the source of an advert). We use it only to reply to your enquiry and to follow up our business relationship.

How long we keep it, and who sees it

This information is kept for six months. It is shared only with the BLANC BLANC BLANC team and with the technical provider that receives the form on our behalf. The data controller is BLANC BLANC BLANC, La Basse Mazure, 53260 Forcé, France (SIRET 987 375 110 000 10). Your data is not transferred outside the European Union.

Your rights

You can access the data we hold about you, correct it, ask us to erase it or restrict its use, and object to it being used. Write to us at blablabla@blancblancblanc.com. You can also complain to the CNIL, the French data protection authority (cnil.fr), or to the authority in your own country.
